Halogen-Free Flame Retardant

The new environment-friendly organophosphorus flame retardant is a new halogen-free organic, green and environment-friendly flame retardant. The product is insoluble in water and organic solvents, but soluble in strong acid and alkali solutions. It has the characteristics of high efficiency flame retardant, high thermal stability, non-toxic, low smoke, small particle size, small specific gravity, good dispersion, etc. As a high efficiency flame retardant, it can be widely used in thermoplastic plastics (such as PA6, ABS, ultra-high molecular PE), fiber and textile flame retardant.

This product has the advantages of high whiteness, good thermal stability, non-toxic, etc. It is widely used in the flame retardancy of thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, fibers and textiles, such as nylon (PA6 PA66), epoxy resin, ABS, ultra-high molecular PE and other plastics. It can be used alone or in combination with melamine polyphosphate, melamine cyanurate and other flame retardants. At present, in order to make the product more convenient to use, we have independently developed the carrier free particle technology. The particle size can be adjusted according to different products and use methods. There are three specifications and four types of product models (XC-13, D13, E-05, ZM-1) applicable to different downstream processing fields.
